A Public and International Affairs Analyst, Prince Toyin Akingbade has condemned the rejection of the orders made by the Ekiti-State Government and the Ewi-in-Council on dissolution of SHARI'A ARBITRATION PANEL constituted by the Chief Imam of Ekiti-State, Sheikh Jamiu Keulere. EID-EL-FITR: APU Felicitates With Muslims, Harps on Sacrifice and Love Ado Progressive Union (APU) has extended warmest greetings to the Muslim community in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti and across the world during this year’s Eid El- Fitr celebrations. In a statement issued by the President General of APU, Prince Engr. Segun Famuagun FNSE, on Sunday, noted that the moth-long Ramadan fast, which culminates in Eid-el-Fitr, was a period for Muslims to reflect on the lessons of tolerance, love and sacrifice that the celebration typifies. The Union, congratulated Muslims for the successful completion of 30 days of fasting in the Islamic Holy Month of Ramadan and prayed that the Almighty Allah would make Eid a great occasion for interaction, harmony, tolerance and happiness for all.
